Classes are suitable from week 12 of your pregnancy, right up until birth.
Classes are a calm and supportive place to meet and share, for women only, therefore a great way to meet other mothers-to-be.
Yoga can benefit pregnant women in lots of different ways. Staying active through light exercise is good for your body and your baby.
Yoga for pregnancy offers many benefits, relaxation, better sleep, soothes aches and pains and feel more positive.
During the classes you will focus on deep breathing and different positions that can be used throughout labour and birth, which can make you feel more confident about giving birth.

The course runs for 6 weeks, lasting for 1hr 15 mins, enabling you to relax in your pregnancy.
